A wonderful day it has been. The rains came and it relieved the heat from the past few days but with it came torrential down pours, thunderstorms, gale forced wind warnings and flash flood alerts. It has already rained that much I cannot go out the front or the back due to the flood. If it continues to rain at this rate it will soon start seeping in under my doors. Sirens have been blaring all day and with more rain predicted there may be chances of evacuations later this evening. The joys of living in a temperate zone.

I have new rain at the bank of my doors as well and its deep and I am so bent just thinking about you,

I have a hard time sleeping and I know the water is

all around and we should just hold each other tight for the time is close when the storm shall come to pass and we are here now and need to cross over as one and may not be back in time for the new sun.

It is so hilarious when you have an older cat and a younger dog. The dog is so full of energy and wishes to play nonstop. The older cat wishes only for peace and solitude with the ocassional pat. What is hilarious about that is the disdained look the cat gives the dog as she wishes to play. All I hear is the voice of garfield speaking of Odie in their movies, lol. Pets are wonderful creatures, if you are close to them and they you then you get the sense of what they are feeling and thinking. My home is a garfield movie at times and that makes me smile many times a day.

LOL add a older dog to this mix and its even funnier. got the young dog old cat... and a older dog here..... lol young dog.... i am surprized many times my older dog hasn't used the younger dog as a chew toy lol

My beautiful dog is now spayed. The poor little one had to have an umbilical hernia removed too so she has had two operations. It cost me a small fortune with vaccinations, pre-operative wellness checks, surgeries, post-operative care, fluid management and pain killing medication but it was well worth it. It cost more as she came on heat the morning of her spaying. The problem I face now is to keep her quiet enough for her wounds to heal without the risk of her forming a seroma around her two wounds. She is super active and this will be one of my biggest challenges, lol.

What a superb meaning of ridiculous. I logged into today to find a rating stamp the size of Texas on my profile. Do people know how to resize images or do they just create these gigantic stamps to be annoying? If you are trying to make a big statement, the only statement that you are making is that you are a douche bag, lol.

O.O Umm.. Yeah Ok, I had the same member rate me with the same stamp.. Nothing like saying HERE I AM! With an Extra Large stamp, I know a few members on VR that would even block someone for rating them with a stamp like that.
